Yes — ICTORA connects with the major payroll providers (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, BambooHR, and Workday) through pre-built integrations that sync employee records, hours, and approved time entries automatically. For systems we don't yet support natively, our REST API and webhook system let your team build custom connections, and our integrations team can also help scope a direct sync during onboarding. Most customers go live within two to three weeks, and existing workforce data can be imported via CSV during the migration.
ICTORA continuously monitors employee hours, breaks, and overtime against the labor regulations that apply to your business. Whenever a scheduled shift would breach a rule — such as exceeding maximum weekly hours or skipping a mandatory rest period — managers receive an alert before the shift starts. All records are stored in audit-ready format, so when inspections happen, you can generate compliance reports in seconds rather than scrambling through spreadsheets.
